All Clocks are shipped by UPS Ground. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Should
the clock arrive with any shipping damage (98%of the clocks arrive in
perfect condition), contact us and we will determine if a replacement part can be sent or if we need to arrange for the shipping
company to pick up the damaged item. As soon as that item arrives
back at the warehouse, a replacement will be shipped right away at no
cost to you.
In
the rare event you want to return your purchase, items may be returned
within 15 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in
original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards,
manuals and accessories. Products must be returned by UPS ground
and insured for the full value at your own expense. A return authorization number
must be obtained from us before returning merchandise at that time you
will also be given the proper address to ship the item to. Once
we receive
the merchandise back, a credit for the purchase price will be posted to
the same credit card you purchased the merchandise with.
Warranty
Each
Grandfather Clock and Cuckoo Clock has a one year manufacturer's
warranty. Should any parts be broken or malfunction due to
workmanship contact us and we will determine if a repair or replacement
is in order.
Each
Mantel, Wall, Anniversary and Desk Clock comes with a manufacturer's limited lifetime
warranty on the clock cabinet and a limited 2 year warranty on the
clock movement. This warranty starts from the date of
purchase. Our obligation under this guarantee is limited to
repair or replacement, at our option, within 30 days after notification
and return of the clock to the manufacturer along with a check or money
order in the amount of $10.00 to cover shipping, handling and insurance
costs. This warranty does not cover any brass hardware,
decorative or functional.
This
warranty does not cover any clock which, in our opinion, has been
improperly repaired or altered in any way, or which has been subjected
to abuse or accident, or has been set up in adverse conditions (for
example: near a source of excessive heat or moisture). The clock
must be properly packed and protected to insure safe delivery to the
manufacturer. No other guarantees are expressed or implied.
As
with returns, a return authorization number must be obtained from us,
at which time you will be provided with the address to ship the product
to.
